  • Canned food such as fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, chicken, stews, puddings (canned or ready to eat)
  • Milk and juice, in boxes or cans
  • Beans and lentils
  • Dried sausages
  • Dried fruit and vegetables, mixed nuts and seeds
  • Granola bars
  • Crackers
  • Cookies
  • Cereal
  • Peanut butter, nut spreads, etc
  • Dehydrated humus and other dips (rehydrate with water)

Try to choose foods that will meet the daily nutritional needs and you and your family members will enjoy. Always verify expirations dates and in case of doubt, replace the item. You’ll need to replace all foods once per year.
